مدل یکپارچه عوامل محیطی مؤثر بر توسعه کارآفرینی اجتماعی با رویکرد داده‌بنیاد

چکیده

کارآفرینی اجتماعی یکی از زیرمجموعه‌های حوزه کارآفرینی بوده و به‌ معنی انجام مأموریت‌های اجتماعی و انسان‌دوستانه با فعالیت‌های کسب‌وکار است . فعالیت‌های کارآفرینانه‌ی اجتماعی به اقدام‌هایی گفته می‌شود که ضمن برخورداری از ویژگی‌های عمومی کارآفرینی یعنی داشتن ماهیت نوآورانه، خلاقانه و کسب‌وکارانه، جهت‌گیری اصلی آن‌ها به جای سود فردی و گروهی، به سوی اهداف اجتماعی نظیر هم‌آوایی و همبستگی جمعی، مقابله با محرومیت، یأس و درماندگی باشد مهم‌ترین هدف کارآفرینی اجتماعی پرداختن به یک انگیزه‌ی اجتماعی (مانند: بهبود انسجام اجتماعی، مبارزه با فقر، دفاع از حقوق بشر یا ارتقای خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی) است این پژوهش با هدف ارائه این پژوهش با هدف ارائه یک مدل مفهومی یکپارچه شده از سطوح گوناگون عوامل محیطی موثر بر توسعه کارآفرینی اجتماعی، و در راستای پر نمودن خلاء‌های متعدد وجود داشته در ادبیات این حوزه پژوهشی انجام شده است. روش پژوهش حاضر کیفی بوده و بر مبنای اهداف پژوهش آن، روش تحلیل داده‌بنیاد با رویکرد کلاسیک (گلیزری) اتخاذ شده است. نمونه آماری پژوهش متشکل از 22 نفر از اساتید محترم رشته کارآفرینی دانشگاه‌های تهران و دانشگاه های قزوین به‌دلیل دسترس‌پذیری و برخی از کارکنان مرتبط با زیرمجموعه معاونت توسعه کارآفرینی و اشتغال وزارت تعاون، کار و رفاه اجتماعی بوده است. یافته‌های تحقیق مدل مفهومی گسترده‌ای از عوامل محیطی موثر بر توسعه کارآفرینی اجتماعی در سه سطح کلی کلان (ملی و بین‌المللی)، میانی (سازمانی)، و خُرد (فردی) ارائه می‌کند.یافته‌های مذکور، همچنین مسیرهای پژوهشی متعددی را برای ادامه مطالعات آتی در این حوزه آشکار می‌سازد که در انتهای این مقاله به آن اشاره شده است.
