مدل مفهومی رابطه بین نوآوری اجتماعی و مدیریت دانش با رویکرد فراترکیب

چکیده

هر نوآوری که به مسئله اجتماعی در چارچوب نرم‌ها، ارزش‌ها و هنجاری‌های بومی با هدف توانمندسازی پاسخ می‌دهد به‌گونه‌ای که تأثیر و نتیجه نهایی آن، کارآمدی و رضایتمندی حاکمیت و جامعه باشد، نوآوری اجتماعی است. مقاله حاضر در تلاش است تا با استفاده از روش فراترکیب، یافته‌های مطالعات صورت گرفته در خصوص رابطه و تعامل بین مدیریت دانش و نوآوری اجتماعی را به‌صورت نظام‌مند بررسی کرده و به تحلیل آن‌ها بپردازد. برای این منظور، با مراجعه به اسناد و مدارک معتبر قابل‌دسترس در سایت‌های الکترونیکی «گوگل»، «اسکوپوس» و «تپ سی» در بازه زمانی 2000 الی 2018، از میان انبوه مقالات اولیه، تعداد 25 مقاله مناسب شناسایی شدند. به‌منظور تحلیل مقالات منتخب، مفاهیم تشکیل‌دهنده، ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های تأثیرگذار، از روش تحلیل محتوا استفاده شد. در ادامه به‌منظور اعتبارسنجی مفاهیم استخراج‌شده، از روش پانل دلفی با حضور تعدادی از صاحب‌نظران و خبرگان استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد مدیریت دانش و نوآوری اجتماعی اثر مثبت و معناداری بر یکدیگر دارند. بدین معنا که با ایجاد نوآوری اجتماعی، سازمان از خلق و ایجاد دانش جدید برخوردار خواهد شد و از سوی دیگر، مدیریت دانش می‌تواند به حل نوآورانه مسائل کمک نماید. بنابراین تمرکز بر ارتقاء مدیریت دانش که از جمله الزامات آن پذیرش مسئولیت اجتماعی سازمانی توسط ذینفعان درون و بیرون سازمانی است می‌تواند به ارتقاء نوآوری اجتماعی در سازمان منجر شود.
