Based on the findings, it can be concluded: Sacred Defense as an important source and a "strategic model", a multifaceted and vital role in planning, monitoring, analyzing and continuously evaluating in order to develop effective strategies, implementing and controlling their results in the key area of culture building, is directly manifested in strengthening culture building and also promoting the general culture of the country, especially in the education institution.
