The Components of Iran's Geopolitical Regional Order in the Caucasus Sub-Network

Abstract

As a growing regional power, Iran is active in the field of its regional network based on components and campaigns in order to draw its desired regional order in the international system. One of the regions that form the rings of Iran's strategic environment is the Caucasus region, which can be considered a sub-network by itself.In the sub-network of the Caucasus, the collapse of the Soviet Union and the emergence of a power vacuum in it caused the expansion of the competition of global players such as the competition of the West and Russia and regional players such as Turkey and the Zionist regime. According to the theory of network order, Iran can can draw its regional order in the Caucasus sub-network, based on the components of geopolitical order, geo-economic order and geo-cultural order.what is it By using the qualitative method of document analysis and using tools such as sampling from various sources, including books, scientific articles, the authors try to investigate and outline the components of Iran's regional order in the Caucasus sub-network in the state of international system networking.The findings of the research show that the most important components of Iran's geopolitical order in the Caucasus sub-network are:military geopolitics, humanitarian geopolitics, economic geopolitics and environmental geopolitics.The network perspective considers the various components of Iran's regional order as a whole and It shapes the focus of Iran in the Caucasus sub-network.Iran as a focus can create a panarchy and hierarchy order in this sub-network under the network-adaptive regionalism model.
