Abstract

GHRM as a powerful tool can help organizations to advance and achieve their goals. This approach leads to the correct and appropriate use of human capital to improve and enhance the actions and activities of the organization in relation to environmental issues, proper use of resources, not wasting resources, etc. The greening of human resources by creating a positive mental image of the organization day by day increases the acceptance and social legitimacy of the organization. The present study aimed to design a green human resource management model in the Ministry of Sports and Youth. The research tools included semi-structured interviews and a researcher-made questionnaire that was designed according to the extracted codes in the qualitative part.Qualitative part analysis was performed with Maxqda software and quantitative part analysis was performed with SPSS software for heuristic factor analysis and AMOS structural equation model.According to the research findings, 9 concepts and 53 final codes have been identified and approved. The results of heuristic factor analysis showed that 9 factors were able to obtain the amount of variance greater than the variance of each reagent, which is why all factors are meaningful using the reference line. Also, the results of confirmation factor analysis showed that the obtained factor loads were greater than 0.4 which indicates the confirmation of the factor loads. Finally, it can be said that the attention of the managers of the Ministry of Sports and Youth to the issue of GHRM can help improve the organization and its sustainability and the development of basic education.
