Abstract
According to the multifaceted nature and complexity of the concept of resilience, in most studies, especially water crisis management, due to the lack of focus on the correct resilience criteria, acceptable results are not observed in the findings. Therefore, this study aims to focus on the comprehensiveness of the basics in determining the dimensions and components and trying to find a rich model in water crisis management in urban communities. In the present research, which has been done in an exploratory and descriptive manner, while reviewing various sources, 106 selected records are classified both in the general field of resilience and in the specific field of water resilience, using the thematic network, and after Determining the dimensions and components, the degree of connection of the components with the main problem was tested by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and based on the model output, the fish bone diagram for the components was drawn. According to the findings, 5 dimensions and 30 components were determined as components of resilient communities in water crisis management and after applying the opinion of experts to the indexing level, 65 indicators were introduced in Tehran in line with the research goal and after examining the explanatory level of each dimension with the main problem and also the components with the corresponding dimension, the related pattern was drawn. Explaining the dimensions, components and indicators based on the results of this research, due to its richness and comprehensiveness in the field of foundations, is a appropriate model for measuring resilience in water crisis management in metropolitan cities such as Tehran.
