Conceptual Model of The Relationship Between Social Innovation and Knowledge Management with Excessive Approach

Abstract

Social innovation is any innovation that responds to the social problem, within the framework of norms, values and local anomalies with the goal of enabling. As a result of social innovation, efficiency and satisfaction with government and society. This paper is trying to use the meta-synthesis methods, findings of studies on the relation and interaction between knowledge management and social innovation as a systematic review and analyze them. For this purpose, the valid documents accessible in electronic sites "Google", "Scopus" and "TEPSIE" in the period from 2000 to 2017 was presented. In the midst of original articles, 25 articles were identified appropriate. In order to analyze the selected papers, concepts, components, influencing components, the content analysis method was used. In order to validate the concepts extracted, the method of Delphi panel was attended by a number of scholars and experts. The results showed a significant positive effect on knowledge management and social innovation each other. So focus on improving knowledge management, internal and external stakeholders, could lead to the promotion of social innovation in organizations. Moreover, by creating social innovation, organizations will benefit from the creation of new knowledge
