Some ethnic and sectarian movements and groups, by pursuing anti-security measures, have been able to influence security in Afghanistan, Pakistan, and also Iran, and have been active and taking measures at this level. This paper attempts to analyze and explain, from the perspective of the impact of mutual factors, the latest developments, actions, and performance of sectarian movements in Balochistan, Pakistan, in order to introduce the extent of the impact of these factors on the security of the border regions of eastern and southeastern Islamic Iran. The data collection method in this research is based on a library model, holding an expert meeting (with the presence of ten specialized experts related to the subject), and using up-to-date and international resources. On the other hand, an attempt is made to examine and explain the extent of the influence and susceptibility of factors branching from these groups on the security of the Islamic Republic of Iran using the theoretical framework of futures studies (interacting factors matrix). The validity of the findings of this paper is due in the first step to the extensiveness of relevant sources and references, and in the next step to the confirmation and correction of the expert team. بلوچستان پاکستان، منطقه‌ای در هم‌جواری استان سیستان و بلوچستان، یکی از مهم‌ترین مبدأهای جغرافیایی جریان‌های قوم‌گرا و فرقه‌گرا در منطقه جنوب آسیا و خاورمیانه است که از حیث تعداد و حجم فعالیت جریان‌های کنشگر در آن، اهمیت دوچندانی دارد. برخی از جریان‌ها و گروه‌های قوم‌گرا و فرقه‌ای با پیگیری اقدامات ضد امنیتی، توانسته‌اند بر امنیت در کشورهای افغانستان، پاکستان و همچنین ایران تأثیر داشته و در این سطح فعالیت و اقدامات کنند. در این نگاشته تلاش شده تا از منظر تاثیرعوامل متقابل، آخرین وضعیت تحولات، اقدامات و عملکرد جریان‌های فرقه‌گرا در بلوچستان پاکستان تحلیل و تبیین شود تا حدود تأثیرگذاری این عوامل بر امنیت مناطق مرزی شرق و جنوب شرق ایران اسلامی معرفی شود. شیوه گردآوری داده در این پژوهش بر مبنای الگوی کتابخانه‌ای، برگزاری جلسه خبرگی(با حضور ده نفر از خبرگان تخصصی مرتبط با موضوع) و بهره‌گیری از منابع به‌روز و بین‌المللی است. از سویی دیگر تلاش می‌شود با چهارچوب نظری آینده‌پژوهی (ماتریس عوامل متقابل) حدود تأثیرگذاری و تأثیرپذیری عوامل منشعب از این گروهک‌ها بر امنیت جمهوری اسلامی ایران بررسی و تبیین شود. اعتبار یافته‌های این نگاشته در گام اول به دلیل گستردگی منابع و مأخذهای مرتبط و در گام بعدی تائید و اصلاح تیم خبرگی است.
