With this approach, the aim of this research is to examine how Ayatollah Khamenei addressed the issue of women and the Islamic hijab in managing the2022 protests. The findings of this research, which is mostly based on the content analysis method, indicate that his positions can be analyzed in four stages: "pre-crisis", " crisis", "end-crisis" and "post crisis", and this is consistent with crisis management theories. In the pre-crisis stage of cultural/political attitude (with the aim of analyzing the issue of cultural invasion), in the crisis phase, political/legal approaches (with the aim of clarifying the role of foreigners in the protests and avoiding polarization of society on the issue of the hijab), In the end-crisis stage, cultural/identity approaches (with the aim of explaining the role of the Islamic Revolution in promoting the status and identity of women and the importance of maintaining the hijab),and in the post-crisis phase, a political and social approach (aimed at preventing the creation of a crisis by outsiders) has been considered بی‌شک ازجمله تحولات مهم سیاسی ایران در دهه اخیر، تحولات اعتراضی سال 1401 بود که تحلیلگران در خصوص مسائل مختلفی نظیر علل رخداد، ماهیت،ابعاد و نحوه مدیریت آن، دیدگاه‌های مختلفی را مطرح نمودند. با چنین نگرشی هدف از این پژوهش واکاوی این مساله می-باشد که درمدیریت ناآرامی‌های 1401، حضرت آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای با چه رویکردی به مساله زنان و حجاب اسلامی توجه نموده‌اند؟ یافته‌های این پژوهش که بیشتر مبتنی بر روش تحلیل محتوای مواضع ایشان است، گویای آن است که مواضع ایشان مطابق با نظریه‌های مدیریت بحران در چهار مرحله «پیشابحران»،«حین بحران»، «پسابحران» و«فراسوی بحران» قابل تحلیل است. در مرحله پیشابحران استعارات فرهنگی/سیاسی(با هدف تنویر مساله شبیخون فرهنگی)، در مرحله حین بحران استعارات سیاسی/حقوقی(با هدف روشن سازی نقش بیگانگان در ناآرامی‌ها و پرهیز از دوقطبی شدن جامعه در مساله حجاب)، درمرحله پسابحران استعارات فرهنگی/هویتی (با هدف تبیین نقش انقلاب اسلامی در ارتقای جایگاه وهویت زنان و اهمیت حفظ حجاب و عفاف)و در نهایت در مرحله فراسوی بحران، استعارات سیاسی و اجتماعی(با هدف پیش‌گیری از بحران‌سازی مجدد بیگانگان)مورد نظر ایشان بوده است. https://smsnds.sndu.ac.ir/article_3982_2610ab33d5f83dac52c685b74f5ef9cf.pdf
