This culture has defined a new literature in management fields that must be exploited. Therefore, modeling this epic in the strategic management of key areas, especially the education institution, which is important in educating the revolutionary generation, is essential. In this regard, in order to explain the different dimensions of sacred defense for modeling, a research was conducted by asking the question: What role has sacred defense played in the strategic management of the key area of culture building through education? The type of applied research is developmental and descriptive in terms of historical method. The statistical population of the research included elites, teacher warriors and former and current education and training managers, who were purposefully selected with a volume of 20 people "until theoretical saturation". Data collection was carried out using library document study tools and questionnaires. Data analysis is "qualitative and quantitative". Reliability and validity of the quantitative part of the "questionnaire" Cronbach's alpha "∝" was used. Based on the findings, it can be concluded: Sacred Defense as an important source and a "strategic model", a multifaceted and vital role in planning, monitoring, analyzing and continuously evaluating in order to develop effective strategies, implementing and controlling their results in the key area of culture building, is directly manifested in strengthening culture building and also promoting the general culture of the country, especially in the education institution. فرهنگ دفاع مقدس جنبه‌ای هویتی با خاستگاه اسلامی- ایرانی است. این فرهنگ، ادبیات جدیدی در عرصه‌های مدیریتی تعریف کرده که باید مورد بهره‌برداری قرار گیرد. لذا الگوبرداری از این حماسه در مدیریت راهبردی حوزه‌های کلیدی، به ویژه نهاد آموزش و پرورش که در تربیت نسل انقلابی حائز اهمیت است، امری ضروریست. در همین راستا در جهت تبیین ابعاد مختلف دفاع مقدس برای الگو سازی پژوهشی با طرح این سوال که: دفاع مقدس در مدیریت راهبردی حوزة کلیدی فرهنگ سازی از طریق آموزش و پرورش چه نقشی داشته است؟ انجام گردید. نوع پژوهش کاربردی توسعه‌ای واز جهت روش تاریخی توصیفی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل نخبگان، رزمندگان معلم و مدیران وقت و فعلی آموزش و پرورش بوده که بصورت هدفمند، با حجم ۲۰ نفر«تا اشباع نظری» انتخاب شده است. گردآوری داده‌ها از ابزار مطالعه اسناد کتابخانه‌ای و پرسشنامه استفاده گردیده است. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها «کیفی و کمّی» می‌باشد. پایایی و روایی بخش کمّی «پرسشنامه» از آلفای کرونباخ «Cronbach’s ∝ »، استفاده شده است. بر اساس یافته‌ها می‌توان نتیجه گرفت: دفاع مقدس به عنوان یک منبع مهم و یک “الگوی راهبردی”، نقش چندوجهی و حیاتی در برنامه‌ریزی، نظارت، تجزیه‌وتحلیل و ارزیابی مداوم در جهت توسعه راهبردهای مؤثر،اجرا و کنترل نتایج آن‌ها در حوزة کلیدی فرهنگ سازی، به صورت مستقیم در تقویت فرهنگ سازی و نیز ارتقای فرهنگ عمومی کشور بویژه در نهاد آموزش و پرورش تجلی می‌یابد. بلکه این نقش به صورت غیرمستقیم، در تقویت پایه‌های عزت ملی، خودباوری و آمادگی برای مواجهه با چالش‌های آینده نیز اثرگذار است.
