In this article, qualitative and descriptive content analysis was used using the inferential-ijtihad method and data were collected from articles and books related to jurisprudence and in relation to the jurisprudential foundations of hybrid jihad. The results show that combined jihad is a revolutionary and resistance strategy that is based on the jurisprudential foundations of negating the enemy's power and repelling it, the obligation of jihad and defending religious and patriotic values, the obligation of maintaining the system and assisting the religious government to establish justice. Also, in the interest of maintaining the system, permission has been issued to spy on internal forces, enter the privacy of others, spy on the enemy, and report to a senior official to learn about the enemy's situation, جنگ ترکیبی با ابعاد متعدد شناختی و تغییر محاسبات ادراکی مسئولان و مچاهدان، اطلاعاتی و جاسوسی، امنیتی و ایجاد ناامنی، سیاسی تنش و فتنه، فرهنگی و هجمه به بنیادهای خانواده، اقتصادی و به‌‌هم‌ریختن ساختار مالی، اجتماعی و ایجاد آشوب و نظامی و هجوم گسترده راهبردی تهاجمی است که در آن، دشمن از همۀ عرصه‌های نبرد به‌طور هم‌زمان استفاده می‌کند تا به جبهۀ مورد هدف ضربه بزند و جهاد ترکیبی راهبردی دفاعی است که در آن به ابعاد متفاوت تهاجمی دشمن توجه شده است؛ جهاد ترکیبی با روشنگری براساس مبانی دینی و معارف اهل‌بیت (علیهم‌السلام) و با ایجاد هم‌افزایی و هم‌دلی در میان مردم و جهاد همه‌جانبه به پیروزی در نبرد حق می‌انجامد.<br /><br />در این نوشتار، از تحلیل محتوای کیفی و توصیفی به روش استنباطی-اجتهادی استفاده شده و داده‌ها از مقالات و کتاب‌های مرتبط با فقه و در ارتباط با مبانی فقهی جهاد ترکیبی جمع‌آوری شده‌اند. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که جهاد ترکیبی راهبردی انقلابی و مقاومتی است که بر مبانی فقهی نفی سیبل و دفع سلطۀ دشمن، وجوب جهاد و دفاع از ارزش‌های دینی و وطنی، وجوب حفظ نظام و یاری به حکومت دینی برای برپایی عدالت بنا شده است. و نیز طبق مصلحت حفظ نظام، جواز تجسس از نیروهای خودی و ورود به حریم خصوصی دیگران و جاسوسی از دشمن و گزارش‌دهی به مقام ارشد برای اطلاع از وضعیت دشمن و شکل‌دهی عملیات نفوذی و جهاد ترکیبی برای مقابله با جنگ ترکیبی از دیدگاه فقهی صادر شده است. https://smsnds.sndu.ac.ir/article_3898_e2cdcdd95d80b87357d899b1abca35e8.pdf
