From this point of view, this research seeks to investigate what policy requirements should be considered at the strategic level following the influence of technological trends and events in strategic policy making. Therefore, an attempt has been made to qualitatively and with an analytical and future-research approach in the form of content analysis and trend analysis model, to identify technological trends and events in the current world first, and then considering the effects of technological developments in the strategic field, Policy requirements should be presented. In this regard, library study and field method (interview and expert panel) have been used in data collection. The findings of the research indicate that trends and events are emerging in the field of technology that affect the actions and reactions of international actors; Therefore, obtaining superior technologies is a generator of power. Therefore, the necessity of strategic policy-making based on technological capabilities is more evident than before, and the need to pay attention to some policy requirements in the field of technological strategic policies that have been mentioned is emphasized. حل معمای امنیت و چگونگی تحصیل اهداف و منافع ملی در عرصه ‌بین‌الملل، مستلزم سیاست‌گذاری راهبردی مطلوب، مبتنی بر بهره‌گیری از منابع و ظرفیت‌های گوناگون است که در این میان، عوامل و ظرفیت‌های فناورانه در تدوین سیاست‌های راهبردی کشورها نقش ویژه‌ای را ایفا می‌کنند. از این جهت، این پژوهش در پیِ بررسی این موضوع است که به دنبال تأثیر روندها و رویدادهای فناورانه در سیاست‌گذاری راهبردی، چه الزامات سیاستی در سطح راهبردی بایستی مورد توجه قرار گیرد. از این‌رو، تلاش شده به صورت کیفی و با رویکرد تحلیلی و آینده‌پژوهانه در قالب الگوی تحلیل محتوا و تحلیل روند، ابتدا روندها و رویدادهای فناورانه در جهانی کنونی، شناسایی شود و سپس با توجه به آثار تحولات فناورانه در عرصه راهبردی، الزامات سیاستی ارائه گردد. در این راستا از مطالعه کتابخانه‌ای و روش میدانی(مصاحبه و پنل خبرگی) در جمع‌آوری داده‌ها استفاده شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش حاکی از آن است که روندها و رویدادهایی در حوزه فناوری در حال ظهور و بروز است که کنش‌ها و واکنش‌های بازیگران بین‌المللی را تحت تأثیر قرار می‌دهد؛ بنابراین دستیابی به فناوری‌های برتر، مولد قدرت است. براین اساس، ضرورت سیاست‌گذاری راهبردی مبتنی بر قابلیت‌های فناورانه بیش از پیش نمایان است و لزوم توجه به برخی الزامات سیاستی در حوزه سیاست‌های راهبردی فناورانه که به آن اشاره شده، مورد تأکید می‌باشد. https://smsnds.sndu.ac.ir/article_3838_51cbb6d79c63d8e5e07fe940ae5312c7.pdf
